GENDER EQUITY

Gender equity and compliance with Title IX in Athletics have been identified as points of emphasis by college athletic conferences and the NCAA. The Ordinal Sports Group offers services that include conducting comprehensive gender equity/Title IX audits and/or training athletic department personnel on how to conduct internal audits.

 

Ordinal team members have produced Title IX audits for the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and the University of Connecticut.
